Mental Health Support Group
This is an informal group that aims to provide a safe place for people who are, or have been, struggling with any mental health issues, or support those who do. It is a place to get to know each other and build community together, encouraging one another whilst on the road to recovery. The group meets twice a month at 10:30am, either in the church building or, more infrequently, for coffee in someone's home. We also have more spontaneous opportunities to meet in town for coffee, for anyone who just wants to touch base and catch-up. If you'd like to know upcoming dates and locations, just get in touch.

Prayer & Fasting
Once a term we set aside three days as a church to pray and fast together. Prayer & Fasting, which runs from Tuesday to Thursday, has been at the heart of our journey as a church over many years and it’s from some of these gathered times that we’ve heard God speak most clearly about our future as a church. We pray because we know the power it holds and we fast because time and time again in the Bible we see God move as His people fasted.    We’d love you to consider fasting for all or some of these three days. Fasting is deliberately abstaining from the normal routines of life in a way that causes us to depend on God. For some helpful tips on fasting and why we do it please visit graceconnection.co.uk/fasting.    Something special happens when the church gather to pray so we’d love you to be part of it.

Join us on Tuesday morning at 7am, and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm.

Morning Prayer
Once a month we host a morning prayer gathering which is open to the whole church. We know from the Bible and from our own history as a church that there is great power in prayer. These monthly gatherings, which run from 7-8am, give us opportunity to enjoy unrushed time to intercede for a wide range of situations in church life as well as worship and meeting new people.

It’s an early start, but we run it at this time of day to try and give as many people as possible the chance to be there whilst still being able to get to work in time. There’s plenty of tea and coffee available to lend a helping hand!

Prayer for the Nations
As well as sharing the gospel with the people of Nottingham, we are also committed to reaching other nations around the world. This meeting is an opportunity to spend some time praying together for the churches that we have already begun to build relationships with across the world, as well as to bring the nations and current situations before God.

Come and join us as we gather together to hear stories of courageous faith and stand together in prayer and intercession for the global church.

Young Adults Teaching
These termly events are a chance for us to gather as a community of young adults, to enjoy teaching and input on topics which are live and relevant to us.

This  is the second part of a two-part series covering God's vision for our bodies, sexuality and relationships. We'll continue to dig into this topic and what God has to say about it. You can ask any questions you might have on this topic, anonymously and in advance by clicking here.

We'll be attending the event together as home groups. Your group leaders already know about it and are excited to see you there! If you're in a mixed home group with people of different ages or you're not yet in one, you're still welcome to come along and join another group on their table.

See you there!

Nations Sunday
This week, join us at either of our three Sunday services - at 9.15am, 11.15am or 7pm - for a special Sunday celebrating the diversity within our church family and hear voices from lots of different nations.

We'll still worship together and hear a talk from the Bible and will be running our usual children's programmes at each meeting.

If you're not able to make it in person, you can also tune in online

We meet in the city centre so we're only a few minutes' walk away from train, bus and tram stations. Parking is available either in the Bluecoat College car park located on Castle Road or in the Irish Centre pub car park on Wilford Street, and we're close to plenty of other on-street parking places too.
