Our Kids' Club is back this February half term!
Kids in school years Reception- Year 6 are invited to join us for a free day of fun activities including games, arts & crafts, music and stories from the Bible!
This is a ticketed event and will require you to sign your Child/Children up for the event - tickets will be available soon! If tickets are sold out, please email us with your child’s name and date of birth at
kids@gracechurchnottingham.org to join the waitlist.
The day will run from 10am-3pm (doors will open for registration at 9.30am) and children will need to bring a packed lunch (no nuts please) and a named water bottle. If you will have difficulty proving a lunch for your child, we may be able to help so please contact us at
kids@gracechurchnottingham.org. We'll provide all other snacks throughout the day, so do make sure you include any dietary requirements/allergies when you sign up.
Please note that this event is only for kids' in Reception to Year 6 meaning that they must have been born on or before 31st August 2019 to attend. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children who are in Preschool or younger, or those at secondary school.
We believe photos and videos can help us celebrate church life so our Media Team may take photos/videos at Kids' Club that may be shared externally (e.g. printed literature, social media). All photos/videos are stored on our secure church server and we won't share children's names or personal details alongside photos/videos. You'll see a tick box on the sign up form where you can let us know whether you give consent for this or not.
We need lots of team to run an event like Kids' Club- if you are able to volunteer to help at the event, please email us at
kids@gracechurchnottingham.org , we'd love to have you!

Accessibility
Kids' Club will be hosted mainly in our Main Hall so is easily accessed through our main Sunday doors, with no steps into the building. There may be some activities held in our first floor rooms - do let us know if your child has any accessibility needs. Disabled Parking is available down the side of our building. The room may be quite loud across parts of the day: feel free to bring ear defenders if these would aid you; there are also fiddle toys available for you to borrow if you would find these helpful - please ask a member of the team If your child has any additional needs that you would like to discuss, please feel free to chat with a member of our team - they'd love to make your child feel as safe and supported as possible through the day!
