Kids

We love to welcome kids of all ages to church. Our hope is that every child has the opportunity to get to know God for themselves and have lots of fun along the way.

Kids on Sundays

We run a brilliant kids' programme for children aged 0-11 on our Sundays (for ages up to 18 see our Youth page). We have dedicated teams serving every week to make church as enjoyable and safe as possible. We run kids' groups at both our morning services, with something for all ages. Find out about the groups below.

🌟 Stars (ages 0 - 3)

For our littlest children, we create space to play and learn with toys, song time, soft play with room for parents to feed their babies if they need to. Our team make it a safe space for your babies and toddlers to find their feet in church.

⛺ Explorers (age 3 - reception)

Our early years group includes crafts, snack time, toys, interactive storytime, and their own worship time appropriate to their age. We want to give every child the chance to start exploring what it means to be friends with Jesus.

🎯 Arrows (school years 1 - 3)

These sessions are full of fun and silly games but also lots of space for the kids to look at the Bible and learn how to pray. Even at this early age we love seeing our kids grow in their understanding and friendships.

💥 Ignite (school years 4 - 6)

Our oldest kids' group, Ignite is a place for kids to form friendships with each other and with Jesus, and learn how to read the Bible and pray, all whilst having tonnes of fun with our experienced team.

Events

As well as all of the fun we have on Sundays, we run kids' events across the year. These are a great way for kids of all ages to come and have loads of fun, make friends, and play all sorts of silly games. These events include things like Light Party, Kids' Club and more. To find all of our kids' events just head to our events page. Click here for more.

Safeguarding & Consent

We want everyone who interacts with Grace Church to feel safe and protected which is why we take safeguarding very seriously. This particularly applies to those that might otherwise be more vulnerable, like children. To read more about our safeguarding policies or to report a concern please go to our policies page.

We also have a Kids & Youth consent form where parents or guardians of children can give a few details and give consent for our media team to take photos of their kids at events. You can find that form at gracechurchnottingham.org/consent.
