We believe that everyone in the church has a role to play and something to offer but we also recognise that it’s helpful to have a small team of people to encourage others in that journey. These teams aren't supposed to do everything themselves, instead they're focussed on empowering others in the church.
Grace Church is blessed by a variety of gifted leaders across a few different teams, but the one that you'll probably see the most regularly is our leadership team. That's because this team is responsible for leading our services as well as the day-to-day leadership and direction of the church, imlementing our vision and managing the staff team.

In the Bible, we find elders appointed to act like fathers in the church family. This is particularly evident in their leading, preaching, pastoring and example to others (though they’re not the only ones doing these things). Working with others, they guide the Church in its doctrine and provide a safe environment for everyone to thrive.
